New Iwaki EWN-R series dosing pump with universal power supply
Universal power supply (100-240 VAC 50/60HZ). High speed operation, up to 360 spm with high resolution. Stroke rate can be set between 1 and 360 spm at a resolution of 1 spm. Stroke length adjustment enables even finer control. Three different pump heads are available: 1. High compression for gaseous liquid transfer (e.g. sodium hypochlorite) 2. High pressure for power injection (e.g. boiler treatments) 3. High viscosity for viscous liquid transfer (e.g. polymer liquid). Built-in multifunction digital controller. Digital/ analog control and multiply/ divide programming. New multi hose connection enables the pump to be connected to a range of tubing sizes. Standard display shows either spm, litre/hr or gallons/hr dosing rates. Water/ dust proof IP65 design.

New sensor options for WDIS 410 disinfection controllers
To expand the capabilities of the WDIS410, Walchem have added two new sensor options. A new free chlorine/ bromine sensor with extended pH range. These new sensors have highly reduced dependence on pH and are suitable for applications where the water has a pH range of 4–12. A new generic sensor input option has been added that enables the WDIS410 to use any disinfection sensor with a mV input. The user programs the slope and offset of the sensor, so virtually any measurement range can be accommodated. This new generic input will enable Walchem to continue to add new sensor options to meet customer needs. Walchem have already added a total chlorine sensor and will be adding additional disinfection sensors with expanded measurement ranges and measurement types.

New Iwaki dosing pump multi hose connector
Iwaki's new multi hose connection enables a range of imperial and metric tubing sizes to be used with the new EWN-R series pumps.
