Iwaki
metering pumps are the most efficient, effective
electronic metering pumps on the market today. The
attention to detail in the mechanical design and the
quality of manufacturing merge to create a series of
pumps better than the sum of their parts. Iwaki dosing
pumps can self prime in seconds, with no operator
action other than turning the pump on. This is
achieved by superior valve design in conjunction with
a uniquely engineered solenoid drive. The tightly
guided ball check valves ensure a tight seal after
each pulse, preventing loss of prime. A modular design
enables change-out without having to replace the
entire liquid end. The solenoid and pump housing are
moulded together, (except EHE) making a structurally
sound module which will last the life of the pump. The
armature is supported at both ends, maximising
stability/greatly increasing the bearing life.
ES series
On-off control only. Needs to be driven by an external powered device, e.g. via a Walchem controller. Manually adjustable stroke rate only. Optional auto air vent (AAV) to help prevent outgassing, e.g. bleach, available for pumps with 4 x 6 mm tubing only. Also available is an optional high compression head (HC) to help control outgassing available on 11-16-21 sizes.
EWN-R series New
Universal power supply. Weatherproof. On-off control. Analog/ digital control. Pulse and count control. Pulse signal, (e.g. water meter) can be divided or multiplied to give less, or more chemical shots per pulse. High speed operation, up to 360 spm. High resolution with manually adjustable stroke rate (1 spm resolution) plus length for finer control. Three pump head options: 1. High compression for gaseous liquid transfer, (e.g. sodium hypochlorite). 2. High pressure for power injection, (e.g. boiler treatments). 3. High viscosity for viscous liquid transfer, (e.g. polymer liquids). Optional auto air vent (AAV) to help prevent outgassing, (e.g. sodium hypochlorite). Standard display shows either spm, litres/hr or gallons/hr dose rates.
EW series
