Universal
power supply, high speed operation (360 spm),
integrated digital control module for proportional
analog input control, pulse/ count control with
multiply/ divide functionality Weatherproof. On-off control.
Analog/ digital control. Pulse and count control.
Pulse signal, (e.g. water meter) can be divided or
multiplied to give less, or more chemical shots per
pulse. High resolution
with manually adjustable stroke rate (1 spm
resolution) plus length for finer control. Pump head
options: 1. High compression for gaseous liquid
transfer, (e.g. sodium hypochlorite). 2. High pressure
for power injection, (e.g. boiler treatments). 3. High
viscosity for viscous liquid transfer, (e.g. polymer
liquids). Optional auto air vent (AAV) to help prevent
outgassing, (e.g. sodium hypochlorite). Standard
display dose rates: spm, litres/hr or gallons/hr.
1. Manual mode
Stroke rate can be increased or decreased by 1 spm anywhere within the range 0 to 360 spm and can be changed either before or during operation.
2. Proportional control mode
The stroke rate can be proportionally controlled based on external DC 0-20mA signals. Select an input signal by means of the keys.
3. Pulse control mode
The EHE pump performs division control operations in response to external pulse signals. The pump provides one shot per (n) times pulse inputs. Set the number (n) between 1 and 999 by means of the keys.

4. Count-control mode
The Iwaki EHE pump performs count-control operations in response to external pulse signals. The pump provides (n) times shots per pulse input. Set the number (n) between 1 and 999 by means of the keys. If the next pulse is received before a set number of shots have been completed, the pump is capable of storing that pulse signal (max. 255 pulses). The pump can be programmed to store the pulse input or not.

Note 1: Each discharge capacity shown in the three tables above is at discharge pressure (stroke length 100%, stroke rate 100%) and increases as a discharge pressure reduces.
Note 2: The performance is based on pumping clean water at ambient temperature at rated voltage.
Pump head material options

In addition to the standard PVC pump head, there are also GFRPP, PVDF and SUS316 versions available.
