Simple & flexible controller for boilers. WebMasterONE is the most powerful, affordable, on-line analytical process controller for boiler treatment. The simple, intuitive programming makes it easy to configure your WebMasterONE to control up to 4 boilers from one unit. With 4 conductivity inputs, up to 4 boilers may be controlled using either continuous sampling, or intermittent (timed) sampling. In intermittent sampling, the sample is checked with the valve closed, eliminating flashing to ensure that the conductivity reading is correct. Blowdown based upon that sample may be for a set amount of time, or a for a time that varies depending upon how far from the set point the reading is. Two-stage intermittent sampling is also available, allowing the user to test the boiler less frequently during times of the day when loading is not as high.

Eight relays provide blowdown, plus either chemical feed or alarm capability. It can be equipped with eight (8) analog inputs and six (6) digital inputs capable of monitoring tank levels, providing interlocks, feed verification and other plant parameter signals such as steam load, phosphate concentration, etc. IP65 packaging and CE approval ensure that WebMasterONE can withstand the toughest industrial environment.

Shoulder tap
Walchem has made use of the Internet as a remote access communications platform for industrial control equipment. While others just attempt to reduce the cost of embedded webserver hardware, Walchem has solved the problem of the high cost and lack of availability of a permanent connection to the Internet. WebMasterONE makes programming your process simple and fast. WebMasterONE does not require any proprietary software to reside on your computer. Set-up and programming are all done via a standard web browser.

Communications
With an embedded web server, WebMasterONE® utilises standard TCP/IP Internet communications. Remote communications can be established with WebMasterONE® via the Internet, or on a direct line with modem-to-modem capability. USB and Ethernet allow easy on-site access for plant personnel and system operators. Multiple users can access the controller simultaneously. A graduated password protection system allows users varied degrees of access from view only to full system configurations. In addition, WebMasterONE® delivers a range of user-friendly information reporting tools including email notifications for datalogs, alarms and system summaries.
