The ES series pump is the reliable low cost entry version to the Iwaki electronic metering pump range. Designed to be used with an externally powered device such as a Walchem controller. Accurate high speed operation
at a stroke rate up to 360 strokes per minute results in high resolution feed, eliminating slug-feed effects. The accuracy is within ± 2 %, linearity is within ± 3 % and stroke stability is within ± 1 %. ES series pumps are small, quiet and light. Loss of pressure is avoided by the tight double ball valve units. PTFE coated EPDM is moulded onto a solid core and a retainer plate is provided to minimise flow rate and pressure changes.

Standard control feature
• on-off only. For use with externally powered device such as a Walchem controller
Summary of features and benefits
• VC version with Alumina ceramic valve balls
• VH version with Hastelloy C276 valve balls, (for caustic)
• low cost
• compact size. Small, quiet and lightweight
• self primes in seconds
• manual vent valve (helps priming)
• optional auto air vent (AAV) to help prevent outgassing, e.g. bleach, available for pumps with 4 x 6 mm tubing.
• high speed operation- up to 360 strokes per minute results in high resolution chemical feed and elimination of slug-feed effects
• capacities up to 400 ml/min, (24.0 l/ hr)
• manually adjustable stroke rate
• superior valve construction, with double ball check valves. Ball, seat & guide assembly ensures a tight seal to prevent loss of prime
• supplied with tubing, check valve and foot valve
• long lasting diaphragm. PTFE laminate over EPDM is moulded onto a solid core. A retainer plate is provided to minimise flow rate
• changes as pressure varies
The PosiFlow sensor will verify that your metering pump is truly moving liquid and
has not lost prime.
